雖然產品設計、室內設計等等在台灣已經逐漸為人所認識，但平面設計這個角色，其實大部份的朋友們還是不太清楚的。其實平面設計的本質，不是在把刊物、廣告、包裝、logo變美，而是在於解決問題；其重點在於諮詢而不是設計。我們的角色，牽扯到行銷企劃，並以設計的角度，去提供企業更廣的選擇。但因為不了解，一般來說，客戶來找設計的時間點都太晚了，很多條件及時間被限制下，反而壓縮了創意可發揮的空間。

而設計，只是最後執行的手段而已，且或許設計也不會是唯一的解決之道，如果最後討論的結果需要攝影、插畫、動畫、室內等等規劃，我們都可以找最優秀、適當的人，一併為您整合規劃，這樣也能統一整體形象，不會各做各的。畢竟美不美是表面的呈現，但有沒有解決客戶的需求，才是專案成不成功的重點。
